HERGEN has just completed the delivery of MISTER PAPER's new Tissue Paper Machine, the MP2, as contracted in September last year.
The final stage of the supply involved the delivery of the Yankee Dryer, which took place this week.
The new machine - model SMART ECO - is equipped with a Crescent Former, guaranteeing excellent formation and cross-machine basis weight profile, as well as superior sheet softness. It also enables operation at high speeds, while saving energy, fabrics and fibers.
With this investment, MISTER PAPER will improve its production capacity, enabling it to manufacture high-quality premium papers, expanding even further its product portfolio.
The operations at mill are well underway, with start-up scheduled for the second half of this year.
Production: 36 t/d double ply (15 g/m²) / 40 t/d towel paper (21 g/m²)
Sheet width at pope reel: up to 2,360 mm
Hydraulic Headbox model iNOVAFLOW
Crescent Former model HCF 920
Yankee Dryer Ø 3.660 mm, fabricated in steel with ribbed internal surface
Pneumatic Pope Reel with Column type Shaft Puller
The SMART ECO tissue machine, equipped with Hergen's Smart Yankee Dryer, has a high drying capacity due to its ribbed internal surface and its steel fabrication, ensuring superior heat exchange. This results in efficient production and provides considerable energy savings per produced ton.
In addition, the machine operates with a canopy hood, whose main purpose is to extract the vapor generated during paper drying. Using just two small fans, the canopy hood has very low energy consumption.
This optimized configuration allows to have the machine working at its maximum performance, guaranteeing an efficient and sustainable production.
Drying and pressing concepts that deliver excellent cost effectiveness per ton of paper produced.
Flexible designs that allow for gradual upgrades starting from a basic model.
Proven engineering experience, with customized solutions that allow achieving performance very quickly and safely.
